AREA AND VOLUME

Area and volume is a very vast topic to cover. In real life, we come across discussions related to area covered by a building or capacity of a container. The volume of a material of metal shows how precious the metal is. Therefore, it is an important chapter not only for this class but even in higher classes. In this chapter we will come to know the concepts of area, volume and perimeter of regular and irregular shapes. Though there are many three-dimensional figures, in this chapter we will only discuss cubes and cuboids.
