For example, the words \u2018twenty-eight increased by five\u2019, will be shown as the mathematical expression 28 + 5.\u00a0If we say there were some people at a party and 7 people left, can you give the mathematical expressions for these words?\u00a0We can do so with the help of algebra.<\/p>\n<p>In grade 5, this chapter, we will come to know the introductory level concepts of algebra. Namely variable, constant, coefficients and like and unlike terms.
