Tutors and their enrolled students gain access to high-quality lessons, chapter notes, and advanced resources—ensuring reliable, structured support for every learning level. Access scales with class enrollment, providing full materials to active tutors and chapter summaries for those without active students.

The Kapdec Digital Library (“Library”) constitutes proprietary educational content owned and operated by Kapdec EdTech (“Kapdec”). All materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, assessments, and other digital resources, are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property (IP) laws. By accessing or using the Library, tutors acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 

Terms of Use for Tutors: 

• All content within the Kapdec Digital Library is the exclusive property of Kapdec and is protected under national and international IP laws. 

• Tutors are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the library solely for the purpose of conducting tutoring sessions on the Kapdec platform. 

• Downloading, copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or storing any portion of the library content outside the Kapdec platform is strictly prohibited. 

• Tutors shall not modify, adapt, recreate, or derive works from any content within the library for personal, academic, or commercial use. 

• The sharing or dissemination of Kapdec’s proprietary materials with any third party, including students outside the Kapdec platform, is expressly forbidden. 

• Tutors shall not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any digital rights management or access control systems implemented by Kapdec. 

• All users must respect Kapdec’s copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights at all times. 

• Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of Kapdec’s intellectual property constitutes a violation of this policy and may result in immediate suspension or termination of tutor access. 

• Kapdec reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and enforce its rights under applicable IP and contract laws in the event of any breach or misuse.
